Chocolate Peanutbutter & Coconut Balls

The rest of the Peanut Butter Balls recipe is the part you dip them in after you roll them into 1 inch balls. Melt in top of double boiler: 1/2 block paraffin & 6 oz chocolate chips (the milk chocolate ones are best for this recipe- also you probably will want to have extra wax & chocolate chips to melt just in case & of course you need tooth picks for dipping)

Chocolate Covered Coconut Balls The dipping part:

Melt margarine, remove from heat & mix milk, coconut, nuts if desired & sugar. Roll into small balls & place on waxed paper. Let cool for 1 hour in fridge. Melt wax & chocolate morsels in double boiler. Use toothpick to dip balls into chocolate mixture. Place back on waxed paper to cool. (makes approx. 5 doz.)
