Need your student e-mail account? Follow these instructions.

1)      Log on to the duck

a.       Click “Personal Access/Login”

b.      Click “Personal Information”

c.       Click “Manage E-Mail/Web Space”

d.      Click “Click Here”

e.       Click “Create Password”

f.        Exit the duck

2)      For instructions on how to configure Outlook Express or Outlook visit the HUB’s web page – http://thehub.clayton.edu

3)      You will need to have your own Internet Service Provider (ISP) to access your e-mail when off campus.

4)      If you can not access your e-mail with your e-mail client (e.g. Outlook Express or Outlook) when dialed in to your ISP you can use Web Mail.

a.       Dial in to your ISP

b.      Open Internet Explorer

c.       Go to http://student.claytonstate.net

d.      Click on “Web Mail”

e.       Type in your username (e.g. csu12345)

f.        Type in your password

g.       Click “Log in”
