The following are the requirements for ITFN 2012 Internship Online Course for  Summer 2005 Semester.

Summary of Requirements

  •    Internship Website 
  •    3 Reports (Written Report, Section Report, Final Report Form)
  •    Hard Copy of Time Log
  •    Submit Experiential Documents to IT Department
  •    MINIMUM Hours Complete

  •    URL to IA & 1st weekly posting by Sunday, June 5th)

Each "student/intern" must also turn in a Deliverables Binder on July 28th, 2005 which must include a "Table of Contents" in the following order (see sample below):

  •    Table of Contents

  •    Written Report

  •    Section "1-8" Report (signed by student & site supervisor)

  •    Final Report Form (one page)

  •    Hard Copy of Time Log (signed by student & site supervisor)

  •    Experiential Documents

    The 3 objectives from Experiential Agreement

Written Report:

Each "student/intern" will independently prepare a professional written report describing their most meaningful "Learning Objective" which was stated at the beginning of the semester and identified in your Experiential Learning Agreement. 

 

Section "1 - 8" Report:

Each "student/intern" will independently prepare a professional written report that incorporates all 8 sections described in the class syllabus using one "Learning Objective" which was stated at the beginning of the semester and identified in your Experiential Learning Agreement.

 

Time Log:

Each "student/intern" is responsible for maintaining an accurate and current internship time log. The Time Log will be periodically checked for student progress throughout the semester.

 

Experiential Documents:

The Experiential Learning Agreement is established to provide a basis of understanding between Clayton College & State University (CCSU), the experiential learning student, and the host organization. Four weeks before the start of the semester, please submit the following to your Faculty Coordinator.
