The following are the requirements for ITFN 4014 Internship Cooperative Course for the Summer 2005 Semester.

Each "student/intern" must turn in a Deliverables Binder by July 28th, 2005 and should include the following:

  •    Written Report (Minimum of 1000 words)

  •    Section Report    (Sections 1-8; see syllabus)

  •    Final Report Form (This is a "One Page" Document - Signed)

  •    Hard Copy of Time Log (Signed)

  •    Hard Copy of Task List/Gantt Chart (Ref. Project Management 2000)

  •    Experiential Documents (Experiential Learning Agreement, et al)

    The 3 objectives from Experiential Agreement

Written Report:

Each "student/intern" will independently prepare a professional written report describing their most meaningful "Learning Objective" which was stated at the beginning of the semester and identified in your Experiential Learning Agreement. 

Section Report:

Each "student/intern" will independently prepare a professional written report that incorporates all 8 sections described in the class syllabus using one "Learning Objective" which was stated at the beginning of the semester and identified in your Experiential Learning Agreement.

 

Time Log:

Each "student/intern" is responsible for maintaining an accurate and current internship time log. The Time Log will be periodically checked for student progress throughout the semester.

 

Task List/Gantt Chart:

Each "student/intern" will construct a task list/gantt chart using the objective chosen in the Final Report describing how the objective was accomplished and what tasks were performed.  Many of the tasks can be tracked from the Status Reports that are maintained weekly.

 

Experiential Documents:

The Experiential Learning Agreement is established to provide a basis of understanding between Clayton College & State University (CCSU), the experiential learning student, and the host organization. Four weeks before the start of the semester, please submit the following to your Faculty Coordinator.
