Project Description

Develop an interactive calendar to replace the existing calendar.  This existing calendar was purchased and no longer functions correctly.  The database preference is Access.  The first part that I would like developed would be the ability to navigate through the calendar with the events shown as titles that are links (like what is there) and the ability to click on the events (links) within the calendar and it popup in a window with more details and a close button.  I would prefer the code to be well documented and to use the existing site look.

Project Description

This project involves building a system (DB in Access) that tracks a set of children and caregivers for a nursery.  The software should manage (thought #6 and #7 might come later):

1. Complete family and child info including: contacts, immunizations, schedules, and roll call sheets.
2. Family billing, including: tuition charges, credits, payments, statements, receipts, and reporting
3. Attendance reports and contact info for the field trips, etc.
4. Storing and printing of photos of children, parents and authorized pickup persons.
5. Complete employee info including: hire dates, schedules, time cards, training, vacation and sick time.
6. Hourly & Salaried payroll. Calculates gross pay and withholdings, prints the checks, and tracks 941 information.
7. Simplified bill paying, expense tracking and reporting, including vendor contact info and purchase history.
