Error Messages when Installing JMP:

If you get a message, after installing JMP, that the software was not properly installed, do the following:

1. uninstall the software and make sure the JMP folder is no longer present:

        C:\Program Files\SAS

2. Reboot their computer (most important)

3. Reinstall the software. If any errors arise after this, reboot again.

After this reboot, if errors still persist, you need to contact JMP tech support at 1-919-677-8008. They will call back if you leave a message.

This seems to be a problem with XP, not Vista machines.
