Welcome to the College of Information & Mathematical Sciences (CIMS)! Here, you can learn more about what we have to offer you.

Why study at CSU?

CSU is a four-year, comprehensive, accredited institution within the University System of Georgia (USG). We are located 15 minutes south of Atlanta, which allows for easy access to a large set of resources, events and entertainment; it is far enough away to avoid the concrete jungle of downtown.

Chances are, our university is in-state for you - which means the cost to attend CSU is significantly less than out-of-state universities; it is also good news for those who qualify for the Hope Scholarship. Further, CSU offers on-campus housing with the recent opening of Laker Hall (a very large residence hall); additionally, the campus is adjacent to Clayton Place - a set of modern apartments approximately 4 years old.

CSU has a solid reputation for delivering quality courses and for producing successful graduates - regardless of the area of study. With over 30 Bachelor degrees and several Master degrees being offered, CSU is an appealing choice for both traditional and non-traditional students.
